Everyone knows us as Axia Digital so we thought it made sense to make the company name what everyone calls us!
Citizen Connect Ltd1 has traded for many years under the name of Axia Digital and everyone knows and refers to us as Axia or Axia Digital. So we decided to make it official and change the company name to Axia Digital.
We’ve filed the required resolutions at Companies House. So the registered company number 03464607 is now called Axia Digital Ltd rather than Citizen Connect Ltd. We’ve a dormant registered company which is now named Citizen Connect Ltd. These changes preserve our trading history and our contracts as the “registered trading company” has not changed – it remains 03464607.
For our clients there is no other change. The company remains the same legal entity, the team remains the same and we will continue to support our clients to the very best of our ability.

The other change is that our business bank account names have been updated to Axia Digital Ltd rather than Citizen Connect Ltd. The account numbers will remain the same. This will make life much simpler for the finance teams we deal with.
[1] For those who don’t know Citizen Connect Ltd was formed in 1998 by two companies “Lifeskills International Ltd” based in Otley in the UK and “Axia Netmedia Corp” based in Alberta, Canada. Over the years Axia Netmedia acquired full control of Citizen Connect Ltd and we started to user Axia as our trading name. There have been various interested parties involved with the company over the year but in May 2016 100% ownership of Citizen Connect company was acquired by Richard Etheridge (now its Managing Director) and Chris Peat (now the Chair of its Board).
