We are aware of the recently disclosed security vulnerability affecting PHP and understand that this may raise concerns regarding the security of online services.

We would like to reassure our customers that Axia Digital’s core software solutions do not use PHP and are not affected by this vulnerability. Our solutions are developed using Microsoft technologies, and no changes or remedial actions are required by our customers in relation to this issue.

While some of our supporting services, including our corporate website, support ticketing system and website monitoring tools, utilise PHP, these systems are hosted separately from our core solutions and were immediately updated with the relevant security patches as they became available.

The security and integrity of our customers’ systems and data remain a priority. We continue to monitor security developments and maintain our established processes for identifying, assessing and addressing vulnerabilities.
